Sarah Wodehouse
Sarah worked as design assistant and researcher to interior design writer, Mary Gilliatt, before setting up Decibel Designs in 1986. Prior to that she studied History of Art at the University of East Anglia, specialising in Architectural History. This background - along with many years experience in the commercial and residential design field - provides her with inspirational references from the Antique to the Avant-garde.

In 2010 Decibel Designs won the idFX Magazine award for ‘Best Bespoke Commission’ where Sarah collaborated with textile artist, Ptolemy Mann, to conceal a Drawing Room television.
Accreditation.
Sarah Wodehouse is a Registered Member of the British Institute of Interior Design (BIID). As well as having strict entry criteria which assesses experience and professionalism, their Code of Conduct ensures that Registered Members comply with Continuing Professional Development (training) requirements, have suitable insurance, and only work with a contract in place.
